Openx Market - Content Restrictions, Unable to update website settings Options

Hi, I want to modify my market content restrictions but I cant.
I get this error
Unable to update website settings
Any idea?

I fixed it
I used to have in my eth/hosts a line like this:
127.0.0.1 api.pc.openx.com becasue sometimes that address doesnt work.

I commented that line.
and now works
