Hi all,

I'm trying to use Variable Limitation Targetting when using Single Page Call.

I understand that you append HTTP variables to the invocation code, etc. that OpenX then parses but how would you achieve this when using Single Page Call?

The SPC documentation [1] doesn't have any information on this except for using 'Source' but that's not ideal as I want to pass multiple variables across.

Someone asked a similar question on this forum [2] but when I read through the thread there's no solution and they just point to the documentation for SPC, which as said before doesn't have the information required.

Is it just not possible to do?

Hi,

Using Variable Limitation Targetting when using Single Page Call is the same as using it with JavaScript invocation tag or other invocations.

Please refer to this post for more information: http://forum.openx.org/index.php?showtopic=503421261

Instead of:

CODE
ajs.php?....&myvar=myvalue

you'd have something like:

CODE
spcjs.php?id=1&myvar=myvalue

I've got a little problem, can you tell me what am i doing wrong:
my headrer section looks like that:

Variable targeting is not working, though it did worked on usual JS zone tag not single page call.
The "blockcampaign" is also not working, and the same it did worked before transfering my page to single page call.
I tried everything, any ideas what could be wrong?

The tutorial had this example, using noscript tag as well:

CODE

What is the n-parameter in the urls?

I'd like to use PHP to generate all these tags, so I am just wondering what usage that number has?

I was using openx before almost everyday because I was working with a web hosting company. I never encountered such problems like this "Variable Limitation When Using Single Page Call" .
I hope that you already solved your problem Kaan since you have made this post a couple of months ago already.
