It seems there is something strange with the http://d1.openx.org/ck.php?zoneid=118858 script. The newsketter zone is displaying the correct banner, but the link still goes to the campaign of last week. Even after we deleted the old campaign, re-inserted the new one again, re-linked it, ... For some reason the zone is keeping to link to the old campaign.
As an experiment we created a new zone. Coupled a banner. Again the ad is showing correct but now when clicking the link ends on a blank page. It just seams like their is something wrong with the cashing system for linking that it won't update any more... |

To be clear: the link now goes to Nomadesk. That's the old, already deleted campaign...

To be clear: the link now goes to Nomadesk. That's the old, already deleted campaign... The Onramp service has an issue with caching and banners not getting deleted, zones not getting updated etc. This generally happens because maintenance-run doesnt complete in time. They dont visit these forums often, and these are community forums. I suggest installing and running your own instance of Openx, or get a paid service from smaller companies that run openx instances. |

Any suggestion on companies that run Openx as a paid service? Hmm, I havent used any of these paid hosts, so cant recommend anyone on experience. Have a read thru http://www.openxconsultant.com/blog/2009/0...-where-and-how/ If you google "openx hosting", there are a bunch of companies that provide it, but the thing is, do you need support services post setup, which I dont think they provide (i.e. openx is just another app to them, they generally dont know more that default setup. If you had the same caching issue with them, they wouldn't know much about it) Also, your decision would depend on where your company is located,i.e. if you are in the UK, you'd probably want a UK based host or a host in a country with a better exchange rate to the Euro. Generally, your servers should be located closer to your target audience GEO. Anyways, you can also look at my profile page if you are interested in setting up your own Amazon EC2 instance of Openx, or other consulting help. |

I'm having the same problem. So far it has only affected one (newsletter) zone.
