I am having the same problem. It seems to be waiting on the server endlessly. Is there a fix to this? Same here. It's a 302 redirect. Part of my Apache2 access.log: QUOTE <IP> - - [02/Feb/2010:15:33:25 +0100] "GET /www/admin/dashboard.php?widget=Reload&url=https%3A%2F%2Foxc.openx.org%2Foxc%2Fdashboard%2Fhome%3FrestoreRequestId%3D276 HTTP/1.1" 302 26 "http://bla.com/www/admin/dashboard.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)" That seems like a server error on oxc.openx.org?! |

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. I am on a Mac, running OS X 10.6.2 and Firefox, Chrome and Safari. I have also tried logging in with several browsers using Windows 7. Same result. I have erased all cookies etc etc. Nothing works. How do I work around this. I cant find any support, except the paid one - which I dont want to try at the point I am now. I am a first time user trying to use your solution, and I cant log in. |

Whilst I think the fact this error seems to happen a lot is a real shame and creates a very negative first impression I just wanted to say well done to OpenX support for fixing this within a few minutes of me contacting them. All I did in the end was email "hosted-support@openx.org" with the problem and I got a fix and reply within a few minutes.

[ticket.openx.org #17684] I'm unable to login I'm a new account and I'm getting this error...
Safari can’t open the page. Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://adserver.openx.org/”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page. I've tried all browsers, IE, Safari, FireFox, Chrome... get the same error on all. |

HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.
We need to protest against this bad customer service and take this to the web. OpenX is proving to be annoying, they cannot fix a simple login problem. What the hell is going on? I am sorry if i sound really annoyed, i am really more than annoyed right now. I have been trying to login for over two months now and haven't succeeded yet. |

I'm having the identical problem with logging in.
I did find some help here. https://login.openx.org/sso/login Though, now I am missing the default manager. I e-mailed Open X support a week ago, and I have not heard back from them. Jason OutdoorInformer.com [ticket.openx.org #20126] |

After installing using Fantastico on Hostgator, I was unable to login and was directed to the OpenX website. Any help? I tried 5x with same problem.

OK, so it's been well over a year since you posted that you were fixing this issue. You have not responded to ANY of the people on this thread about it.
You may be in beta, but how is this helping you to win people over? Oh... it's NOT! |
