 Help -invocation Code Screen Blank, Invocation Code screen blank |

Help - the drop down box which is supposed to provide the "Invocation Code" options remains permanently empty. i.e., it doesn't allow us to select anything and go to the next screen - where the code is generated.
We are already serving leaderboard ads, have set up an 300x250 MPU campaign, but the drop down box remains blank. |

Thanks rakshan, I have checked and Plugins say they are all working, but when I clicked on the openXInvocationTags1.0.8 it said status 'not installed'? Also under product updates it says I should run OpenX v2.8.8, am currently running OpenX v2.8.7? Would this be the reason why, and if so how do I fix it? thanks |

These are the default plugins that should be installed and enabled http://www.openx.com/docs/2.8/adminguide/default%20plugins you can disable openXMarket plugin if you are not going to use it. To install missing plugins, read #3 here http://forum.openx.org/index.php?showtopic=503426422 I would not recommend moving to 2.8.8 myself. I havent tested it and have seen some complaints about it here. Unless your installation has been hacked, stay on 2.8.7, but do a test install of 2.8.8 on a test environment later and check it out. |
