Hi everyone,

The redirect loop bug on login is currently being worked on by the developers. We deleted the old thread on this topic because there's a potential security issue that was highlighted there. Thanks for bringing it to our attention Bob - yes it looks like we'll be fixing that one for you smile.gif

Because of the security concerns any other posts about the redirect loop on login will be deleted. We're aware of it and we'll have a fix soon.

Thanks!
Stephan

Same problem here. Cannot login.

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Yesterday we received the new account details or OpenX hosted.
We have the same identical problem and it seems that nobody received any reply from openX staff since lots of time...

I don't know if you are already solving it but I've been trying to login for several days and I still can't do it.

Best Regards,
Thanks

This thread is 7 months old, yet I don't see any resolution posted. I newly signed up for an account and am having the same problem.

Is there any reason for this and when will it be resolved?

Other usesr: Is this level of support indicative of the company?

This is a terrible first experience to see how many people here were affected and no replies from the company--I don't suspect we'll be signing up for the enterprise version.

I registered two days ago, my stringent security on my mail server delayed my invitation and then my acceptance emails. I had the same problem described above, contacted Support (not realising there was a forum) and it was resolved for me within an acceptable time.

I think the service is pretty damn good.

I hope that was sarcasm.

A seven month old bug that is being presented to each new user as their first bug (well, in my case the second bug as the sign up form was broken until somebody came in during business hours and reset it).

Got my invite, and now that logon loop.

Is that REALLY the first impression OpenX is happy with? If not, why is nothing visible being done about it?

(for example, a work-around woud be to send a copy of each invite to support so they can do whatever fix has to be asked for, automatically for each customer. With the support load that creates, it might actually result in the problem being fixed!).

I'll be back when logons work. Might be another 7 months I assume.

I am desparaged to see this. I was excited when I found this service but I can't log in! I can only log into the forums. I will send an email to info@openx.org as suggested above becuase the ticket I sent on Jan. 16 (below) has NEVER recieved a response. There should be some reponse in this thread from admin about the problem.
