Greetings, I am a long time user of OpenX, phpadsnew, etc. Been using it for years.

I updated my site to 2.6 earlier this year.

Everything has been going smooth, ads are being delivered, etc.

Today an advertiser asked for a report, so we logged in to see extremely low in accurate reports of impressions. They simply are not right.

What could cause this?

We serve about 40,000 pages daily, with more than one ad zone on each page. We should be displaying somewhere in the neighborehood of 100,000 ads, but the stats are saying 1,000 ads.

Someone please help.

Hi,

Could you provide me with the maintenance.log and debug.log files contents. The files are located in 'openx.var' directory.

OK, I did a repair on both tables. Deleted both log files so I could watch the new log file. No errors reported and the stats are still wrong.

Why is this problem so common?
