I have regular websites as well as WordPress blogs. I am new to OpenX and want to know what is the best way to manage Ads for both regular websites and WordPress blogs.
I would like the ability to display/rotate Ads in the header, footer, multiple sidebars and text Ads in between posts in the middle. Shall I use the standard OpenX (downloaded version installed on a separate domain) or shall I use the OpenX plug-in? If you recommend standard OpenX, then would it be better to use single page calls? Does it work properly in WordPress? Thank You. |

Hi interloper,
Welcome to the OpenX community forums! If you are an advanced user and know how to properly edit your Wordpress templates etc. then I suggest to use only OpenX without the additional extension. The Wordpress plugin is mostly for users who are unfamiliar with any advanced actions. As for the Single Page Calls it can be used with Wordpress as long as you are able to edit the template's header section. |

But it only handles putting blogs on the sidebars? Thank you! |
