I read most of the discussions related to flash banner issue. I read http://www.adobe.com/resources/richmedia/t...esigners_guide/, http://blog.openx.org/10/click-tracking-flash-banners/ and many other threads where members described the problem.
It all boils down to clickTAG. Our designer added clickTAG to flash banners. I get to bring up the flash banners, that's a good news. It's clickable, but when you click it nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks. Related Question: Is it possible to use HTML banner to display the flash image and track it? |

Hi,
Welcome to the OpenX community forums! Yes it is possible to use a HTML banner to display a flash image, However, you would have to upload the flash file manually to a web server. Do you use Action Script 2.0 or 3.0 in your flash file? |

Do you use Action Script 2.0 or 3.0 in your flash file? Hi, sorry for the delay. The flash images are correctly shown now and the image is clickable now. The designer did a fresh upload and plopped in the urls and it worked. But, if he tried to replace the old ads with some new ones, clicking on image doesnt open the link. When he deletes the images and add new ones, it worked. Is there any caching thing going on with these images? How do we clear the cache to see new campaign/ad-banners in action? Thanks! |
