After filling out details to ad a new advertiser and pushing the save button the advertiser is not saved.
Same goes for adding new campaigns to existing advertisers and banners.

I guess something is not quite OK with the hosted version right now?

Hi gertdam,

Welcome to the OpenX community forums!

This problem may occur when the OpenX Hosted servers are being overloaded. You may want to try again later when the high traffic is reduced.

We're encountering this issue too. It happens all hours of the day all days of the week. It happens while creating advertisers, campaigns and banners. Clicking the save button doesn't do anything. Occasionally we'll come back to find to that all the attempts actually worked and we have multiple versions of the same advertiser/campaign/banner.

This is a serious problem that we deal with every day.

Yes, I've already got used to it. Whenever I save an edit and there is no visible change, I simply wait a few minutes and reload the page.

But we shouldn't have to get used to it. When we press the button marked save we should know that its going to work. There shouldn't be any guesswork in this process.

This is very frustrating - but at least I know now it is not something I am doing wrong.
