 Cannot Delete Banners To Solve Blank Ad Issue |

I read the post that discusses why blank ads appear, and have been trying for the past hour to delete some of our banners to solve the problem.
However, that in itself is a whole new problem--OpenX seems to only be able to handle one deletion at a time (if that); if I choose more than one banner for deletion I either receive an error, or it just ignores the request (refreshes but the banners have not been deleted), etc. The few times it does allow me to delete two or three at once (still a tiny number considering I'd like to get rid of at least 50 or more), it takes about two minutes of loading for it to actually finish deleting. And then half the time after those two minutes, it will return an error and not actually go through. How can I fix my blank ad problem if I can't delete banners? This is an extremely frustrating cycle. |

There is something going on with Openx if people are now getting blank ads again. Someone from Openx please help. I've posted in two different posts looking for help.

Hi,
You seem to be speaking about 2 different problems. There was an issue last week regarding blank delivery, which was addressed in another post. Are you still seeing the issue with deletion? Thanks. |
