Guys,

I have a strange problem on my OpenX server. I decided to put my OpenX server on another server (exclusive for it), so this week my tech team changed it, migrating all files, tables and everything to the new server. It's now the same as it was on the old server.

After that, all "Remnant" campaigns stopped work.
- I tried to change to "Contract", save settings, then set back to "Remnant" but it doesn't work;
- I've tried to turn eCPM optimization OFF then turn it ON, but it doesn't work;
- I tried to setup new remnant campaigns, but it still doesn't work;

I set all campaigns to "Contract" and put the weight value manual, until I can't solve this problem. It's working, but it's not the way I need to be.

Anybody can help me with it? Any idea on what can it be?

Info: I setup all campaigns as "remnant" and use eCPM optimization. It's the better way for my business.

If you checked to make sure all linking was correct; try clearing /var/cache files

Uhm, I'll try to do this...

Do I have to do any other process after clearing /var/cache files?

If you have went through your campaigns and made sure they are still linked, and went to maintenance, rebuild cache, priorities, they should show after maintenance runs at the latest.

If you have no ads showing still, check your logs for denied errors, many server will block scripts. If you find a error there, correct it.

Bad news (to me)...

My technology team had already done that, but the problem persists.

Any other idea?

Not without taking a peek.

What exactly was the original "strange problem" ?

All my campaigns are set as "remnant". It's the best way I optimize my inventory.

After migrating the server to another host, the number of impressions have declined, and all the tests I did, any banner was delivered. In numbers we can compare from 1000 impressions per hour before migrating to 10 after, on all my sites.

So, I concluded that remnant campaigns stopped working, because if I set these campaigns as "contract" it start to deliver again (but sometimes it fail).

Have you looked at your network rout from old box to new ?
You say stats went down after the move, but will show ads in test aplications.
When tested with a page load on new box (same route); bad stats still?

I tried everything and didn't work.

But, I cleared cache files and set cache time to 0 seconds, so I came back to work and deliver banners!

Are there an answer for this issue?
