I am running two campaigns for different advertisers on one zone. One of the advertisers has two different banners, the other has one. Both of the campaigns and all three banners are weighted as 1. However, the statistics are heavily favoring the advertiser with the two banners. Yesterday, that advertiser had 414 impressions and the advertiser with only one banner had only 79 impressions. Can someone tell me how to set this up so that both advertisers have roughly the same number of impressions?

Still having this problem with several zones. I looked at the probability for the zone and the banners have the appropriate probabilities listed..but the stats are way off. Anyone out there that can help?

I'm running against the same issue. I use remnant campaigns all weighted at "1" with low priority. One of my client uses 2 banners and despite the probability being correct, its campaign was getting displayed 4 times more than the others... The only way I've found to correct this issue was to set to 4 the weight of the other campaigns. There is definitively a serious bug in the delivery engine... which as been uncorrected for some time now (I've been reading about this a few months ago)
