Question On New Account Status Or Role Options

I signed up for OpenX OnRamp in the role of Publisher (or so I thought). I am an affiliate for several products and I want to rotate banner ads for the various products on my websites. However, when I log into my OpenX account it shows my account as an Advertiser role. I looked through all the documentation to see if I could find where I could verify that my account was a Publisher and to see if I made the mistake when I signed up (maybe I clicked Advertiser and not Publisher) or if Advertiser is the only option to me. I don't find anywhere that tells me (other than the Advertiser option from the tabs)

If someone could please steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Is there a way to verify what type of account I signed up for? If yes, and I did make the initial mistake is there a way to switch from Advertiser to Publisher? If I didn't make the mistake but rather Advertiser is the only option available to me, would I be able to accomplish what I want to do as far as rotating banner ads?

Finally, one additional point of confusion was the email I received from OpenX welcoming me. It said something to the effect of "enter your credit card info here". While I understand I am limited to a specific number of impressions per month, I was concerned - how do I monitor these ads and costs so that I don't run up an invoice that will shock me?
