This issue is still unresolved for our site. We have not been served ads for about a week. I have mailed the hosted-support@openx.com, I have posted in the forums in a number of threads, I have not gotten any response back and our site is not getting ads.

So, whatever they fixed via this post

http://forum.openx.org/index.php?showtopic=503506980&hl=

has not been fixed for our site.

Is anyone else still experiencing the issue?

This issue has NOT been fixed. I had the problem a few days ago and it went away, but today the problem has started again.

Whatever OpenX did to "resolve" the problem either wasn't resolved or another problem has reared its ugly head.

PLEASE resolve this problem OpenX.

It's happening to us again too. Time to start bugging them on Twitter again. @OpenX

Hello everybody:

This problem is still unresolved after several days... PLEASE everybody send emails to everybody you can at OpenX until they finally do something about it...

Here are some email addresses which may help:

tony.edwards@openx.org

If anybody has other emails for OpenX personnel please share so we can all bombard them with emails until somebody fixes this problem...

Mine are back again, but how long will it last?... anybody want to bet that it lasts less than 2 days?

OpenX is a disaster at times, the only thing worse is their customer service...

I guess you get what you pay for...

Even when its working it seems the ad delivery is often slow. Anyone else have issues with the speed of the ad server?

I have to say that after seeing this announcement I am not too happy with my choice to return to Open X:

http://forum.openx.org/index.php?showtopic...mp;#entry307748

If ad serving is critical to our businesses? In other words if we need an ad server we can rely on to work most of the time then On Ramp isn't going to do the job?

I just returned to OpenX from Google DFP as working with the DFP interface was a constant headache. However, as obtuse as DFP was to administer, it did serve ads without disruption and at no cost. I'm certainly not going to be buying an expensive ad server program from OpenX when they can't even demonstrate that their basic version works.
