Automating Online Banner Purchases Options

Hi. I've set up OpenX and everything's going fine. But now I want to see if there's a program, plugin or otherwise for creating an online purchasing area. The idea is that when an advertiser goes to our marketing link, they can create an account and buy ad space right there. The info goes into OpenX and we charge their account with Paypal.
