(crossposted from another thread, in the wrong forum)

I've got about 20 publisher sites, each with their own backfill/remnant campaigns. And I have one paid campaign across all the sites. The paid campaign is geotargetted by country, using a paid maxmind database.

The paid campaign is vastly underdelivering - about 1/10th of what it needs to be.

Can anyone provide suggestions of either how to diagnose this issue,or things to investigate? It's starting to get a bit urgent as I'm approaching the end of the contract and haven't served anywhere near what I need to.

Any help on how I can diangose this is appreciated - the advertiser just bought all my inventory for the next month so now I'm really screwed if I can't deliver starting immediately.

Anyone? I'm quite willing to pay consulting fees if you're able to look at this and get it resolved immediately. Or I'm happy to do the investigative work myself, given some assistance as to where I should be looking.

I'm having the same issue along with a few more but this one is perplexing. Have you found a resolution?

No luck, I don't even know where to look to diagnose.

I've just applied this patch: https://developer.openx.org/jira/browse/OX-5981
and hope that this will fix the problem. I'll let you know.

(what I did was download that diff file, put it in the root of my install and then issue the command:
patch -p0 >ox-5981.diff
which patches the files.

Update, this seems to be working much better. yesterday I would've served about 1500 ads on 50,000 impressions. Today so far I'm at 16000 ads on 50,000 impressions. Not quite there yet, but clearly this patch has fixed an enormous amount of the problem.
Note, I'm running current openx, something like version 2.8.7.

Update: 37K ads served on 80K impressions. That's not quite perfect (should be about 60-70%) but it's getting there. Probably by the end of the second day it should be settled out.

I was also having big issues with one campaign.

Zone probability had it down to 18%.

After running this patch (on 2.8.8) probability has gone up to 34% (which is pretty much where it should be).

Will update this thread after a few days.
