Hello
i need help to solve a problem with passback I've got to create a passback allowing the integration between OpenX and Weborama here is a definition of passback The passback: basically allows users to profile and identify clusters of profiles (cookies, essentially), so you can deliver campaigns only on selected targets. To do this we must of course be able to "reject" the call when a cookie is to target, leaving them behind. Generally this is our turn richiamandoa tag redirects the publisher from which we received the original call. NB tag redirects us that we receive must be different from the original (basically positioned on the page) in order to avoid infinite loops thanks for your help Giovanni |

Your sentences are hard to understand. |

HI rakshan I need a function called Pass-back: This feature allows users to profile and identify clusters of profiles (cookies, essentially), so you can deliver campaigns only on selected targets. I must therefore make sure that OpenX is able to pass these data to a third party adserver. (In this case Weborama) A similar function is supported by Dart (below is an example) http://www.quora.com/Internet-Advertising/...passback-in-DFP below a description of its use: The passback: basically our technology allows users to profile and identify clusters of profiles (cookies, essentially), so you can deliver campaigns only on selected targets. To do this we must of course be able to "reject" the call when a cookie is to target, leaving them behind. Generally this is done by calling ourselves the tag redirects the publisher from which we received the original call. NB tag redirects us that we receive must be different from the original (basically positioned on the page) in order to avoid infinite loops. |

If my understanding of passback (which is recent and limited) is correct, then you just need to give weborama a zone invocation tag for a special/different zone that you create, and they will call this zone adtag when they want to passback. So, create a new zone like "weborama passback" and generate invocation tags for it and give it to them. Then you can start filling this zone with other banners, like house ads, or adtags from a different network. |
