 Not Able To Run New Add, advertisement does not created successfully |

i use video on http://www.openx.com/docs/tutorials/video-...g-started-openx to create new add but i am not able to run the advertisement successfully.
kindly tell me the complete step by step process to create new advertisement on localhost. Thank you, Sudhakar Mishra |

I'm new and I was able to do it. |
