 Regional Options Not Working, URGENT |

I have the option to show my banners in different regions of countries, but this week this doesnt seem to be working. I am UK based but my colleagues in Australia are telling me they aren't seeing the banners that are specific to SA or Victoria or NSW (eg). All the settings are correct on openX so I have to make the banner national for them to be seen,
I have the same problem in the UK and have to select the whole of the UK for banners that are (eg) only relevant for NW or London. This is causing us endless issues with advertisers. Can anyone help? |
