Hi,

I tried searching in the docs and in the forum, but with no luck.
So my problem is that I don't understand why Banners belonging to ended campaigns are still showing in zones.

Ex:
Let's say I have campaign "C" programmed to start on last friday, and to end yesterday.
I added some banners to it.
I added the banners to my zone "Z".
Everything goes fine, until today, as my banners are still showing in the zone "Z", while the campaign they belong to is over.

Why is that?

Many thanks for your help.

In addition, what's strange is that in the "linked banners" tab, I can clearly see that the campaign is ended, because it is greyed out. Also, in the probability tab, I can only see the banner from an ongoing campaign, which is correct.

Is there a problem with my invocation code of the zone? Because I'm calling the zone directly to display it.

If you are using onramp, there is currently a delay in maintenance that is causing old banners to still show.
Not much you can do about it.

I'm effectively using onramp.

What is the common delay for this kind of operation?
For example, my campaign ended on february, the 26th.

And when you say currently, is it because of temporary technical issues, or because the delay is always there?

Many thanks for your help understanding this wink.gif

Normally, maintenance runs hourly or so, but currently, due to some technical issue, there is a delay.

Anyways, I'm NOT representing Openx.org. These are community forums and I'm just another poster/customer.

Follow them on twitter or email them (there are some email ids floating around).

Technically, there is zero support for the free product (onramp) and they are not obligated to respond, but if a bunch of people hound them on twitter, it might become a publicity matter to manage. You can also lookup the higher-management names (CEO etc) and message them on twitter and see where it goes.

They recently purchased a company and announced net-positive results last quarter. I think they can afford to hire a support person atleast, instead of managing a PR disaster.

Hello, I have the problem on email banners : it is still showing the same for more than 24h now. Do you know how to solve it or how long it takes. It is quite an issue...
