Openx Market Contract Campaign Options

Hi,

I've tried the option several times to allow OpenX Marketplace to serve ads exclusively to a zone but for some reason no ads show up? If I add a remnant campaign and allow openx ads to display if they beat my floor price, that works... but I simply want to allow openX to fill my ad space.

Anyone else getting a problem with OpenX Marketplace exclusive campaigns?
