Hi

I'm unable to upload new banners ads. They are basic JPEG banners that I've never had a problem with before.

When I add a new banner it says "Banner XYZ has been updated", all be banner properties are correct but the banner space is blank. I've tried new campaigns, new advertisers and uploading previous banners that worked but to no avail.

This comes on the back of some weird OpenX banner serving behavior over the past 10 days or so.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or any other issues?

Cheers

Velpic

Hi there,

Check image storage path for openx adserver is stored in configuration file correct?

If its correct then might be problem with file permissions. You have to set read/write permission to "/www/images" folder. Try to set 0755 permissions or else 0777 permission. This will give solution for uploading the banners.

Otherwise set correct image storage path from administrator configuration section.

I cannot upload any rich media or static image files for ad campaigns. I also don't have any reporting for today of any kind, even though campaigns still appear to be serving. While I explore options such as Google DFP, I'm working around this at the moment by putting my artwork on another server and posting Generic HTML banners to my campaigns. That appears to work.

Having the same problem. Tried uploading jpg files that worked in the past, and even they won't upload. Tried multiple advertisers and campaigns and same problem across the board.

Yes, I confirmed as well that Statistics is not collecting today's data. Something is definitely not right...send emails to hosted-support@openx.com.

My statistics were blank most of the day but have updated twice in the past two hours, so I'm hopeful that they're just running behind. I still couldn't upload any new artwork the last time I tried, however.

I'm having the same problem as well, when I upload my banner there isn't even a preview. Anyone know when this will be resolved?? My client is not happy at all!

This is still an issue for me. I have four time sensitive banners that needed to go up on Friday and I have been posting to all the discussion threads re this (as there quite a few others) but I am amazed openX aren't responding.
This is losing us a lot of revenue.
AndrewT - did you get a reply from your email?

Yep, same problem here - try posting on Twitter @OpenX might get some response if enough people complain publicly?
