 Ad's Not Appearing, Need help! |

Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem uploading a banner for my client. The thing is, all my other banners are rotating normally on my site but this new banner I've uploaded... it appears as a grey rectangle and doesn't display my banner. The grey rectangle isn't even the right size anyway. When I uploaded the banner there wasn't a preview as well? I know the zones are all linked properly but I don't know if I've missed something or something's up with openx ad server? If anyone can help me out - would be greatly appreciated!!! |

Hi
I am having a problem with one of my banners as well - everything is fine with the banner, the format, the size etc and everything is as it should be with openX but the banner is just not appearing on my site. I am refreshing and refreshing to see it and every now and then i get a page with a blank space where a banner should be - and i think this is the missing. I am not techincally minded and have inherited this job from someone else - but its as if the 'link' from openX for this particular banner to our site is broken. I really need someone to come back to me with a solution as this is a time sensitive banner and I dont know what to do Thanks Janey |

I am experiencing the exact same problem. Is there a solution for this? i am uploading a half banner (234x60) to a zone and it gets linked to the zone, too. However, when I try to preview the banner it shows up as a blank space.
Did you guys manage to figure out what the problem is? Which size were you trying to upload? how did you resolve this problem? This is urgent and I need to upload the banner ASAP. I tried attaching a screenshot of how the interface appears but could not. It would show you that the image I selected was not picked up and it prompts me to choose a file again... |

I also have this problem, it started around 3am PST on 4/12. I've been trying it with a 300x250 in both a .jpg and .png format. Neither work.
