M2M authentication error - password invalid (code: 823)
This is the code that has popped up over and over again when I am signed up as admin trying to get to the home page. Any ideas? I'm new to this!? Thanks! |

Hi openxmodules, I am also having this problem after installing for the first time. I tried your suggestion above and I was taken to my websites home page and nothing else happened, when I went back to the OpenX UI I got the same error message. Is it correct to just have "ad...latformhash.php" at the end of the url? Cheers |

Hi,
You have to access the "regenerate-platformhash.php" from browser. This file will be available under the "/www/admin" folder of your adserver. When you access this file the new hash value will be generated and the error has been resolve. |
