 Update Problem 2.4.4 -> 2.8.8, Stuck at Database screen |

Hello, i tried to upgrade my OpenX version, from 2.4.4 to 2.8.8.
For that, I do what it need to be upgraded, move the folder, create an update folder blahblahblah, he detect properly my database, i made the new xwr rules on my server (debian squeeze 6.0.4, php up to date, mysql up to date). I'm on the "1.Welcome" page of the "Upgrading to OpenX 2.8.8". I type on the aggree button. It check my system parameters, it show me my database, my current version of OpenX (2.4.4) on the "2. Database" page. I click on the "Next" button, and... it back on the "1.Welcome" page. No error appear, it has allready check the acces problem, so i dont know where i can find another way to go. There is a problem on this update? There is another solution to upgrade my OpenX system? (Like a sh script or something) |

Okay, the update dont work with chrome, but works fine with firefox.
Thanks to heldus on the IRC chat to tell me "try another navigator" |

Another issue with upgrading from 2.4 to 2.8.8 is the size of the upgrade and database size. If your server is not configured to handle large database updates it will timeout or fail.
Glad to hear that using firefox helped. |
