Confused Will Not Create Invocation Code Options

All,

I have spent a good part of the day trying to generate a single banner with this software. It appears feature rich but for the life of me I can not seem to get it to generate invocation code.

I create all the users banners and zones I can think of and all I get is a drop down with nothing in it.

Any suggestions you might have to get me up and running would be appreciated.

I believe i have done everything suggested in the setup and in http://www.openx.com/docs/qsg-firstcampaign. Obviously I have missed something but can not figure out what.
